Stand up Meeting & Fire Ban information
You are invited to attend our Annual Stand-Up Meeting on Saturday, August 1, at 10:00 AM at the Works Yard - Rain or Shine!
This informal gathering is a great opportunity to meet with your Board of Directors, hear an update on what the Board has been working on over the past year, learn about current initiatives, and ask any questions you may have. We also welcome your ideas and feedback, as shareholder participation is an important part of our community.

Fire Ban Reminder:
The recent rainfall has been a welcome relief, especially after Birkenhead Lake Estates and the surrounding area have been impacted by nearby wildfires over the past several weeks. While the rain is encouraging, the current fire restrictions remain in effect.
As many of you are aware, the Coastal Fire Centre and Sea to Sky region are currently under a fire ban. We ask all shareholders and guests to be mindful of these restrictions while at Birkenhead Lake Estates.
Please note that the use of wood-burning saunas, wood-fired hot tubs, pizza ovens, outdoor fireplaces, or any other wood-burning appliances is prohibited while the fire ban is in effect.
Violating the fire ban can result in a $1,150 fine, and individuals may also be held responsible for any costs associated with a wildfire caused by non-compliance.
Protecting our community and the surrounding forests is everyone's responsibility. Thank you for doing your part to help keep Birkenhead Lake Estates safe.
