Community Firesmart Event

BLE is having their annual Community Firesmart event on June 13th at 9:30 AM. The SLRD Fire Smart team will join us for a community work party fuel thinning. Anyone interested please meet at the burn pit to help out. Bring hand saws, clippers, gloves etc. This event will go towards our community participation hours in order to be eligible for the $750 Firesmart Canada grant for 2026!!
